To apply for a press pass, contact us. In your email please provide links to three blockchain or techfin (fintech) related pieces of coverage. If the pass is for print, include your circulation. For digital, list unique monthly visitors.

Event cancellation policy: Techfin Asia tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying KINTEX(Chain Partners) by email by November 15, 2019. For transfers or any other questions about registration, or assistance with any registration problems, please contact us at techfin@kintex.com.

Visa letters are available upon request for attendees who register for our paid conference passes. Once payment has been completed please reach out to techfin@kintex.com with a copy of a state/government issues photo ID, copy of the front & back of the credit card used for payment, a corporate email address, and a signed letter from your company.

In accordance with our cancellation conditions, cancellations are not possible after six weeks prior to an event. We appreciate there may sometimes be travel difficulties due to circumstances beyond either the organizers or the attendees control, such as weather or industrial action, and in such circumstances we are happy to extend a credit for a future event. If an attendee is unable / does not wish to take advantage of this offer then it is the attendee’s responsibility to raise the matter with his or her insurance company.

If for reasons of Force Majeure the event cannot take place as scheduled, KINTEX(Chain Partners) reserves the right to reschedule the event date, times and/or location.
